 I use Swiss meringue buttercream, t’s made by gently heating  pasteurized egg whites and sugar, then whipping them into a fluffy meringue before mixing in butter and vanilla extract. It’s light, airy, and not too sweet!

 If your cake will include fresh flowers or a store-bought cake topper, you're welcome to drop them off a few days in advance (for toppers) or the day before (for fresh flowers). If you prefer, I can take care of sourcing the flowers and ordering the topper for you, just let me know! The cost will be added to your initial quote 


 No, there are no raisins or nuts in the carrot cake
